Who are we ?

Jane Daly

MSc, FCIPD is an innovative and commercial Behavioural Scientist, executive coach and systemic leader with diverse experience across a range of executive roles in large-scaled and complex public and private FTSE organisations. She was a top 100 member of the M&S leadership team, leading several high-profile organisational growth programmes across the globe, as well as influencing the government on key social value initiatives such as the introduction of the living wage. Jane is now founder of Peoplestar, a highly successful evidence-based agency specialising in complex culture & capability change systems and co-founder of Tayo, an AI-powered data amalgamation & analysis tool that accelerates and sustains organisational growth and agility.

Jamie Costello

is a highly inventive and pragmatic software engineer and systems architect with over 30 years of experience in a wide range of diverse technologies and environments. He has provided support to companies ranging from small start-ups right through to large multinationals and has performed research and development for Microsoft’s flagship R&D centre in Cambridge. As co-founder of Paycircle he invented and developed a software product that was ahead of its time and was robust enough to meet the demands of top accountancy firms. Along with his co-founder they ‘bootstrapped’ the company and achieved rapid growth before being acquired for a significant multiple of earnings. He is now working with Jane as a co-founder of Tayo.

Rob Daly

with over 6 years of experience in Data Science, leads digital health, education, and AI projects at Mimir Data Ltd. He began his career at a digital health start-up, rising to Head of Data and Insights, and holds a Master’s in Neuroscience and a Bachelor’s in Biomedicine. Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and the Azure ecosystem, Robert excels in AI, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, and Data Storytelling. In January 2023, he founded Mimir Data Ltd to support Health and Education sectors, notably developing a Data and AI strategy for NHS England. Passionate about mentoring, he focuses on blockchain, network analysis, and LLMs.
